Page 289 - ARMPIT SNAPSHOT #9: "Chillin' with Dad"

It was a hot summer night in June.  My father and I had just spent an awkward day, attending my mom's wedding to her new husband.  Dad and mom divorced a few years ago, but were still friendly to each other.

My mother was moving clear across the country with her new spouse, so we figured we wouldn't be seeing much of her.  My father and I were going to be the only family we had left in town, which kind of bummed us out.

After the cumbersome wedding reception, he invited me over to his place for some chillin' time.

Well, wouldn't you know it, the air-conditioning wasn't working, so we opened up the windows and turned on some fans.  To my surprise, my father pealed off his suit coat, shirt and dress pants, then proceeded to sit on the sofa in his underwear.  ---  He use to roam around the family home in his boxers, but that was years ago.  ---  Normally, I would have kept my clothes on, but my wedding attire was burning me up, so I followed his lead.

Dad started working out at the gym after he and mom broke up.  This was the first time I'd seen his new physique without clothing.

I spoke without thinking, "Wow Pop, you looked really good for your age,... heck for any age!"  Immediately after the words came out of my mouth I thought he'd say something like, "There ya go again with that gay crap of yours!"  Shockingly, he just smiled and started to flex for me, right then and there.

"Hey boy, ya still have that underarm fetish, like you did when you were a teenager?  Remember when I caught you snacking on the next door neighbor's son's pitters?" he laughed as he saw my eyes laser-focused in on his armpits.

I guess I was still pretty drunk from the wedding reception, cause dad appeared to be flirting with me as he flexed and stretched, like some hotshot bodybuilder.

He grinned and asked, "So, am I tempting ya, boy?"

I blushed and remarked, "Stop it, Pop!  Nobody likes a cock tease!"

"Hell, who's teasing?" he chuckled.  My father slowly positioned his hands behind his head, giving me quite the show, then remarked, "You know son, it's been years since I had some kinky fun!  Your mama was never one to be adventurous, but I've always been.  Are you?"

Well, needless to say, the room began to get even hotter!  And well,...  things got a whole lot sweatier that evening,... while chillin' with Dad.

Page 288 - Those Abercrombie & Fitch Pits!

Greetings, fellow armpit lovers!  Recently, I saw an interesting new documentary, streaming on NETFLIX, about the store ABERCROMBIE & FITCH.  The film is entitled "WHITE HOT: The Rise & Fall of Abercrombie & Fitch".

Since I use to work at the mall, the movie fascinated me.  Naturally, the pictures and videos of the company's models were a big attraction as well!

The film brought back so many fond memories of my time working at the mall, as well as the great allure of that trendsetting, sexy store.

Although I was a young, OUT & PROUD, gay guy, I was waaaay too nervous, conservative and shy to enter ABERCROMBIE & FITCH.  I was certain I could never get pass the hunky, bare-chested, greeters at the door without making it physically obvious that I was extremely turned on!

What normal teen girl or red-blooded gay male could keep a cool composer around those shirtless hotties!?

I must confess, I was a HUGE fan of the A&F shopping bags that traveled through the large department store where I was working!

I wondered, "My goodness, what kind of delicious smut is this!!!???"  ---  It was especially thrilling to see groups of straight, jock types walking around, holding those bags featuring all that "gay eye-candy"!

Photographer Bruce Weber was a big part of the company's success.  His photos advertised a sexy, all-American "preppy"-ness, that most young men at the time aspired to obtain.

The company's smokin' hot shopping bags, catalogs, posters, videos and billboards were extremely homoerotic, barely PG rated, and borderline fantasy porn.

As former A&F model Bobby Blanksi (a.k.a. "the armpit guy") says in the documentary, "They literally made so much money marketing clothes by advertising them with no clothes on."

Yes, Abercrombie & Fitch had ads in color ---  beautiful, exciting advertisements that rivaled many a pic in my favorite HONCHO or BLUE BOY magazines!

However, I personally always found the black and white photos (as well as the Sepia tone ones) to have more of a timeless, classic appeal.  ---  Of course, the pictures that featured underarm shots always held a special place in my heart, and still do.

The ads were controversial, plus sadly lacked diversity, but back in the day, the Abercrombie boys were all the rage among mall shoppers and the gay community of my town!

Page 287 - ARMPIT SNAPSHOT #8: "Don't Tell My Sister"

Sure, it was a stupid thing to do.  Mason was my sister Emma's boyfriend of two years.  But dang it, he knew I was gay and was constantly flirting with me when she wasn't looking.  He'd blow funny kisses at me, wink playfully whenever he'd catch me staring.  Once, he even whistled at me when he saw me in my short shorts.

So one Saturday, my sister and mom went shopping, but my sister left her cell phone at home.  I just couldn't resist temptation, and ended up sending Mason several provocative texts from Emma's phone.  The exchange was rather hot and sexually suggestive.  Finally, I (as Emma) sent Mason an invitation to come over to the house, to spend some alone time together, since everyone was out for the afternoon.  Well, within minutes he showed up dressed in a sexy tight t-shirt and jeans combo, with a pocket full of condoms, only to find me, holding my sister's phone.
